He has lectured in over 30 countries, has written 5 books on meditation and success motivation, and runs Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga, one of San Diego’s premier yoga studios. He is passionate about helping people like you to calm your mind, faces life’s obstacles, and move forward to thrive.

Danielle Eglin

Danielle Eglin is a Yoga teacher (500 RYT), therapeutic bodyworker, and Reiki practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Feminist Studies with a focus on culture, power, and representation. Danielle creates intentional space through her private practice for people to tune inward and feel their own embodied light and vitality. She specializes in gentle therapeutic offerings based on movement, sound, breath, and body awareness. She is passionate about supporting people in living in their authentic selves, finding peace, and living in vitality. 

Astika Mason
Astika Mason

Astika Mason has been a disciple of spiritual master Sri Chinmoy for 49 years. A Universalist who has practiced in both monastic and non-monastic communities, he believes the essence of personal practice is the same across all faiths. A poet, essayist, and short story author, and past contributor to the Buddhist Text Translation Society, he is working on his first novel, The City of the Goddess.
